For my first project I made coffins with candy skeletons inside. Which would be perfect as party favors for your Halloween Shin-dig, or super cute as invitations if you included a little card with the details inside!

For my second Spook-Tacular project I made a graveyard scene.
I used the chocolate skeletons and "buried" them in brownies for a Spooky Halloween Dessert!

Okay, on to today's project..... no skeletons or chocolate this time lol!
How about some cute, yet kinda spooky hanging lanterns!
Jack-O-Lanterns that is!!

I used the Spooky Treat Basket files for the lanterns.

The Jack-O-Lantern faces came from a couple sets:

The leaves and stems I used are from the Fall Celebration Kit.

I used the Spooky Treat Basket set to make the lantern part,
but instead of cutting the sides with lots of strips, like the file comes:

I altered it to make the long rectangle at the bottom taller,
and the strips shorter to become top and bottom pieces.

But then I decided that I needed to leave the top open a little
so I could get the LED tealights in and out. I made one of
the pieces hinged and took the strips off half of it to make a lid.

They fold up to be able to reach inside!

But if you want a good seal so the lights show up brighter you can
just tuck it down a little into the lantern like this.

I hope you've enjoyed yourself along the hop so far! Thanks for joining us this weekend!!
You're next stop is Jessica L.

And come back to visit next weekend when we will be participating in
another AWESOME blog hop featuring Peachy Keen Stamps!!

Now on to my second SPOOKY project.....
How about a creepy dessert to serve at your party.....

I made brownies and used my candy skeletons to stick in them like
they are coming out of the ground!! Spooky right?

Love this green guy! He looks all rotten and stuff! Lol!

I used 2 sets for this little graveyard scene. Boo-tiful Borders,
and Happy Haunt Halloween Party Kit.

Here's all the little pieces of the graveyard together. I made the place setting cards from the Happy Haunt Halloween Party Kit and just you could stamp or hand write silly tombstone names on them, but since I was running short on time, I added mine on digitally.

Thanks for hopping by! Come back tomorrow

Puppy Party Invitations

Sorry for the lack of posting! I have been going going going non stop lately, but it's my Design Team Friday with SVG Attic today so I thought I would share these adorable invitations I made with you!!

It's a little early to be showing these, since I haven't even handed them out yet, but they turned out soooo cute!  My son is turning 5 this week, and at his request we are throwing him a Puppy Party. This is quite a popular theme for boy parties right now (meaning already been done by tons of people), but once he heard the idea there was no talking him out of it lol!

Aren't they cute?!!! They are little dog bowls with puppy chow in them!
Plus I added the dog bone tag out of mirror paper!

I used the Jacks Tracks svg set for these.
If you want the measurements I used let me know!

I can't wait to share all the other cute things
I have made for this Puppy Party!!
It's not for another week though, so you'll have to wait! Lol!

Also, you should check out the new blog for SVG Attic
They are having a new contest over there
and it's sure to be a spooky good time!
